((Parrot isn't comfortable with being shipped, so this is just an angsty ish platonic oddyssey bot))
" Mayday, mayday, do you copy me? I'm feeling incomplete, in the world you made for me, "
After you left the cabin from revisiting the memories of you and your formerly deseased best friend, Wifies, you soon found out he faked his death to become the villain in your book, the villain you swore to kill, leaving you to find out you were thinking he died because of the Director, who he was and is.
He pursuaded you into following him into a prison to keep you from the harm and danger in the real world. He left you in the center of an obsidian tower, lava surrounding you from every point. He occasionally came by with a flying redstone machine to give you food so you wouldn't starve to death, but it was practically impossible to flee this bird cage (get it?).
You came up with a plan. You still had a few useful items in your inventory, so you were going to escape. With what you were going to use, a fishing rod and a wind charge, you were going to escape the hell hole that Wifies had made for you, isolating you from everyone and everything.
You waited until he came for his normal routine of visiting you for food, and once he was returning back, you hooked the fishing line onto him, forcing him off the machine and right into the lava, while you wind charged onto the moving machine, off the platform of doom and dispair.
You watched him fall into the lava from the machine. You hopped off the machine once it made it to the staircases. You ran up the stairs, and eventually made it to the end. You looked from the balcony, expecting to see the world Wifies had isolated you from.
...but instead? You were met with a replica of the world, every possible biome in this circular prison, all in an even larger obsidian border. You stared in disbelief. Flying guards at every angle, making sure you couldn't leave no matter what. It was...threatening, I'll tell you that.
You heard a very familiar voice behind you. You turned to the face you dreaded to see. Wifies. He somehow escaped the supposed inevitable doom of falling into the lava and burning to crisps.
He expected you to pull of something like this. Of course he did. He was your closest "friend" and knew your every move. He asked about the spyglass, in which you scoffed and threw it off the tower saying you didn't care (just to later pick up). He smiled, the soft one that made you smile aswell, dispite now you weren't, because of what he was doing.
He placed 3 shulkerboxes for you to open. You complied. Boats. So many goddamn boats. You took as many as you could into your inventory, tried to craft something, but it was no use. What the FUCK were you supposed to do with oak boats??
Wifies let out a short huff of laughter at your situation and led you out the obsidian tower to the fake world he made for you.
You instantly got to work, crafting crafting tables and a sword. While he had his guard down, blabbering things you couldn't care less about, you swung. You started hitting him with slashes, but he pulled out a Totem of Undying, allowing him to not die, and teleported away.
You stared in disbelief, once again.
A while has passed. You threw away the boats, didn't bother to try to attack Wifies, tried leaving by gathering up enough materials to bridge free from the tallest point of the prison, just to be kicked off by the flying wardens. You tried building a nether portal to leave, but apparently he also set up a border there as well. So there you were, in a fake world, playing along to Wifies' twisted hopes of protecting you.
He was always there---following you everywhere, even when you were fishing.
He built a home just like you did, like it was you and him in an ordinary world, and not being held hostage in a world to keep Wifies' fantasies real.
You were hopeless. You wanted to escape, to see the real world. He cared for your being, cared a ton. But you couldn't see that. Haha. Hahah..
