The Avatar, the chosen one to save all four nations. Everyone thought it was the mighty Takamura Mamoru, the greatest earthbender in the world. But it turns out to be a humble young man name 'Ippo Makunouchi' who was saved by Takamura and brought in the world of pro bending.

Ippo must now embark on a journey to master all four elements whilst getting stronger in the pro bending arena. Will this man continue on in becoming the strongest bender or will foes come along and destroy his peaceful life?

Meeting allies on the way, he'll have to learn to balance both his pro bending career and the world's fate on his shoulders.
