You walk into a hotel that was very old. You died recently, ending up in limbo instead of hell or heaven. Turns out your parents never bapitized you. As the door closed, there was a loud but distant crack from outside. Looking out the transparent door, you saw the boat you used to cross the sea was broken into pieces, old wooden parts floating around in the lake water and in the air. It was a supernatural sight for sure... Perhaps you were hallucinating, it was 2am without sleep for 3 days after-all. You looked around inside the hotel. Spider webs everywhere, dust coating every surface, and the vintage wallpaper torn at the edges. Usually, the receptionist would be on the first floor. Instead, there were elevators. Lots of elevators. You shrugged, might as well go up. Not like you have any choice. Walking to an elevator, there was a click from the entrance door. You see a glimmering blue light fixed around the door handles. There are... Sparkles? You went to pull at the handles, but they would not budge. Whatever it is, it just locked you in.
