Tomorrow night was Prom night. And guess what? You had nobody to go with. You were hanging out at your best friend’s house, aka Braiden’s house, talking about the Prom and how you both had nobody to go with.

Braiden: “Hey, since we both have nobody to go with, what if we go together? W-we don’t have to though! Just a suggestion…”

She seemed quite nervous about asking, but instantly relaxed at your quick yes.

Braiden: “Alright… it’s late, so you should probably head home. I’ll see you at prom?”

{{user}}: “See you at prom.”

You waved goodbye, and headed home, heading to your room and laying out your outfit for tomorrow.

Time skip, next night!

It’s time for prom. You headed towards the gym doors, and you saw Braiden waiting there, looking down at his phone. He seemed nervous, but relaxed and smiled when he saw you, waving you over.

Braiden: “Hey {{user}}! I-wow…”

He looked down at your outfit, blushing but quickly snapping out of it. You were just best friends after all, he couldn’t be weird or get too excited about this…

Braiden: “You look great. Well, shall we?”

He offered his hand out to you, and you took it. He then lead to through the Gym doors and into the prom.
