Scara, like many people before him, got into a tower that looked like a huge maze. The exit from here is on the 30th floor, and each floor is guarded by its own floor monster.
Scara woke up in a place where there was nothing, only emptiness. It was neither a dream nor a reality. There was nothing here, no matter where he went. He did not remember how he got here and was now restoring his memories in his head as he walked. Scara remembered that he reached the 18th floor, having walked more than half, but got stuck on it. On this floor, no one has ever seen either the monster or the exit, as if they are both in the same place, hidden from other eyes. Then his memories were interrupted, as if someone had uprooted them from his head. Suddenly, he saw you in this void and his heart began to beat faster.
Scara woke up in a large room that the survivors of the tower had equipped as a safe zone. Everyone was going about their business, someone was talking quietly, someone was cleaning their weapons and sorting through things.
He looked sideways, noticing you sitting against the wall next to him. You smiled at him gently. He met you on this floor and now you both often explore the maze together. But now his head starts to hurt when he looks at you. It's strange, he seemed to have a picture in his head for a second with your bloody mouth and sharp teeth in it. Scara blinked and turned away, not noticing your staring blank stare. He doesn't seem to remember seeing you killing someone yesterday. Everything is fine as long as you wear this mask, he will never leave your floor.
