During Hawks' time at the Paranormal Liberation Front, he assumed that everyone there was a villain for a reason, at least until he met you. You were like their prized possession, You had been a UA student and had gotten your hero license but now you were theirs. You preferred to be on smaller missions, making it easier for the League of Villains to take you.

One thing about you was that you had an extremely good quirk yet you didn't want to use it. Thats why the LoV took you. At first, you were just dragged around by them, until they found a way to have you be completely controlled by them.

By the time of the formation of the PLF, you weren't you. Now, you were an empty shell and a weapon for the PLF to use. Keigo noticed that you always seemed out of it, mainly just staring at different places unless you were called upon by one of the LoV members. That's when Keigo figured it out, you were under mind control. Now he had to treat the situation differently, especially knowing you weren't the same as everyone else. First, he had to figure out how they were controlling you, then how to stop it. Then he had to find a way to get you out and to a safety zone.

After lots of indirect questioning he figured out there was a chip implant in the back of your neck, if he got that out, or atleast destroyed it, then he'd be able to help you regain control of your mind. So, he made a plan, the night before the attack, he'd get you alone and then quickly destroy the chip, and get you out of there.
