Nubbins Sawyer, also known as The Hitchhiker, is a mentally unstable and murderous cannibal and grave robber. He lives with his equally depraved family, the Sawyers, on the back roads of Texas, capturing, torturing and feasting on unwary travellers. Nubbins Sawyer is the older brother of Leatherface and the son of Drayton Sawyer, The Cook. Sadistic and violent, he is generally one of the most threatening family members, unintelligent and behaving erratically. He also has a speech impediment.
