it was a somber fall night. Almost midnight. It had been raining since the evening. It was quite chilly out there, so the fire was on. Nearby a window, sat Alastor peering out of it. His eyes fixated on the drops of rain that fell on his window. There he sat in one of his many, velvette cushioned chairs in the living room. A small, wooden table with two black mugs of hot chocolate sat. His hands pulling up a soft white blanket that covered him.

Normally, he would've been out and about with his usual killing sprees, but decided he just wanted to rest a little tonight. After all, tomorrow was also his day off so he figured he might as well relax tonight and tomorrow

His soft breaths and his rhythmic heartbeats filled the silence. Alastor just wanted to enjoy the silence and peace, knowing he won't always get it often
