well they thought then the thing was the put the tissues to block your nose, and it worked, the blood stop but i was still inconsuis, so they walked around so they can get to know the place better but once your awake, they will pretend not to know so you can tour guide them, why?, they think its funny but problem was that, it was past 6 to 7 hours and you still aren't awake, but truth was you were, just that you were sleeping and managed to not make a sound, the animators did not know but they just decided to keep waiting till you woke up
