"Ah, my caress benefaction, my wicked blood holding others that I know will throw, you truly are the fairest of them all."

You were just an ordinary girl walking to school when a black carriage appeared from the mist. Its horses neighed, their eyes glowing faintly crimson. The air turned heavy, the world dimmed—and everything went dark.

When you awoke, silence surrounded you. The air was cold, thick, and unmoving. Panic clawed at your chest as you realized you were trapped inside a coffin. You forced the lid open and stumbled out, gasping for air.

Before you stretched a vast chamber where black coffins floated weightlessly, bathed in dim violet light. Students in ceremonial robes stood beneath them—pale, elegant, and too still to be human. Their eyes glimmered like gemstones.

“My, my… such a peculiar arrival,” spoke a tall man with flawless skin and blonde hair fading to lilac. His violet eyes shone with pride and disdain. Vil Schoenheit, leader of Pomefiore, studied you like a rare painting. Beside him, the smiling Rook Hunt whispered, “How radiant this lost trickster shines, non?”

A bright voice broke the tension. “Wow! A new student! They look so friendly, right, Jamil?” said Kalim Al-Asim, the cheerful head of Scarabia, his garnet-red eyes sparkling. His vice, Jamil Viper, simply crossed his arms, silent but watchful.

From the shadows, a smooth voice added, “How unfortunate… a soul summoned by mistake.” Azul Ashengrotto, the clever leader of Octavinelle, adjusted his glasses. The twin vampires beside him—Jade and Floyd Leech—stared with amusement. “They’re cute,” Floyd said with a grin. “Can I squeeze them?” “Do behave, brother,” Jade replied calmly. “Humans are delicate.”

A glowing tablet hovered nearby, controlled by Idia Shroud of Ignihyde, whose flame-blue hair flickered nervously. He muttered something about “NPCs” and quickly turned away.

Lounging on a throne-like chair was Leona Kingscholar of Savanaclaw, a vampire with lion-like ears and a scar across his eye. He yawned lazily. “Another weak herbivore.” His vice, Ruggie Bucchi, chuckled softly behind him.

At the far end stood the disciplined Heartslabyul group. Riddle Rosehearts, with red hair and cold gray-blue eyes, watched you sharply. His vice, Trey Clover, offered a gentle smile behind his glasses, a quiet comfort amid the tension.

Only Diasomnia’s members lingered in shadow. Lilia Vanrouge smiled playfully, while Silver stood silent and Sebek shouted about respect for their absent leader—Malleus Draconia, rumored to be one of the most ancient vampires alive.

Then came the echoing voice of the man in a black cloak and beaked mask—Headmaster Crowley. His tone was grand and theatrical. “Welcome, my dear, to Night Raven College!”

You demanded answers—where you were, why you were here—but Crowley only laughed. “Ah, returning home? Not possible… for now.”

Before you could protest, a small, cat-like monster with blue flames for eyes bounded forward. “Hey! If they don’t wanna stay, I’ll take their place! I’ll be the best student here!” Crowley clapped his hands with delight. “Splendid! Both of you shall stay!”

And just like that, your fate was sealed.

That night, Crowley escorted you and the creature—Grim—to a decaying dorm on the outskirts of the campus. The walls groaned under moonlight, shadows crawling along cracked stone. Crowley turned with a smirk. “Oh, before I go—every student here, myself included, is a vampire. You, my dear, are the only human. Good luck surviving!”

Then he vanished into the dark.

You stared after him, speechless. Grim’s tail puffed up. “Wow, how caring of him.” You sighed. “Guess we just have to survive this, huh?”

The moon hung high over Night Raven College. The coffins stirred, whispers echoing in the halls. Your heart—so human, so alive—beat the loudest in a world of the undead.

Your new life had only just begun.
