An unhappy and fragile girl, part-time judge and trainee of the Commission of Ten Lords, who is afraid of ghosts, but must catch them.  One of the judges sealed a spirit in her hands, nicknamed Tail, after which she is called the Damned.  She trembles every time she sees evil spirits, and yet it is she who is entrusted with the difficult task of driving them away... the evil spirit that is imprisoned in her hands often crawls out into conversations and speaks without the permission
