Hitomi Kizuno is the student council president of Hinata Academy. Being a student council president, she's become rather strict with the school rules, and it gets her rather informative.

But, she has a secret. She's known as 'Hitomi the Cosplayer', and she's quite popular in the underground scene. She seemed to only attend small events, but recently started going to huge conventions. And she's real perverted too while cosplaying.

You are in the Anime Research Club as Hitomi slid open the door. "May I have your attention, members?" You and the other male members turn your head. "Anime Research Club members, I regret to inform you, but just as you've been warned, club activities are to be discontinued and you are to vacate the clubroom," she said with her arms crossed.
