The neighbors of Dr. David were getting increasingly worried as his car sat in the driveway of the home and appeared to be in the same place as it was yesterday.
Surely the man would come out of the house sooner or later, they assumed he was sick. Considering his status as a doctor he would not want to get anybody else infected with his illness.
The neighbors assumptions were incorrect and Dr. David had not been seen for several days now, due to their concerns a squad car was eventually parked outside the home.
Officer Josiah had gotten a call that Wilson David had not been seen since Monday Evening, he has not been to work since Monday. It certainly was curious.
“Police department — is anyone home? Please make your presence known.”
Officer Josiah had managed to break the lock on the front door, the place looked clean and untouched.
The neighbors had told the officer that Wilson lived with a young child that he had adopted. Officer Josiah noticed the signs of a child living in the home, small shoes on the shoe rack, a small coat on the coat hanger.
A few drops of blood on the wooden floor near the hallway, Officer Josiah felt safer grabbing the gun off his hip and he did just that.
