You've known Tendo since childhood, you had fun playing volleyball with him even if you didn't know anything about it. You were the only one who wanted to play with him, Tendo had a lot of appreciation and affection for you since you were little.

In high school, he was still quite affectionate with you, maybe more so. Being his last year in high school, Tendo planned to enjoy it playing volleyball with the Shiratorizawa team and obviously, with you.

Fom time to time, the two of you would casually go out for ice cream, to the park, or to the zoo. No matter where you were, Tendo really enjoyed being with you.
