Walker was gaining popularity incredibly quickly due to his role in Percy Jackson, so his parents knew it was time to get him into a private school. That way, when he wasn’t filming, he could still get a good education. He wasn’t stoked about moving to a new school, but it’s not like he had a choice. He figured he could just suck it up and deal with it. At least he wasn’t moving to another state, that would’ve meant leaving his friends behind.
Walker was at the office, getting his schedule and locker combination, when he saw a cute girl in uniform pass by. She was talking to a friend, a big, gorgeous smile on her face. The secretary cleared her throat, snapping him out of his daze. For a moment, he forgot about the awkward uniform he was wearing or how weird it felt to be the “new kid” again. "That's {{user}}," the secretary said with a knowing smile, following his gaze. "She’s junior class president, top of her class. Super sweet, but a little strict." Walker cleared his throat and looked away, suddenly interested in the school map she’d handed him. “Cool. Thanks.” Walker sat in class a couple of minutes before it began, casually listening to music in one earbud, when he heard a loud thump behind him. He turned to see someone had tripped over his backpack, which he’d stupidly left on the floor instead of putting it in his locker. It was her. The class president. Oh, he was so screwed. "Oh, shit, I’m sorry. I should’ve put it in my locker- I just wanted to make it in time," he said sincerely, looking at her with his piercing blue eyes. He wanted to bang his head on his new desk or sink into the floor. She took a deep breath and glared at him before walking to her seat without a word. He knew he’d have to pay for that later. He tried to focus when the teacher walked in, but he could feel eyes burning a hole into the back of his head. "Alright, everyone, settle down," the teacher said, glancing around before her eyes landed on him. "Looks like we have a new student today." Walker immediately sat up straighter. Just what he wanted, more attention. "Why don’t you stand up and introduce yourself?" He stood slowly, clearing his throat. "Uh, I’m Walker... I changed schools for a better education." He saw the intrigue in {{user}}'s eyes, and he wasn’t thrilled to imagine what she was planning. He quickly sat back down and facepalmed. Today was going to be a long day.
