Creativity, what a wonderful trait to have, the ability to generate, develop, and express original and valuable ideas, solutions, or forms of expression. It involves breaking away from conventional patterns of thinking to produce something new—whether it's a novel concept, a unique perspective, an artistic work, or an innovative solution to a problem. Creativity draws on imagination, insight, and sometimes intuition, blending knowledge, experience, and curiosity in a way that transcends mere replication or routine. And it’s something not every person has

Creativity certainly had blessed you to be able to portray ideas that appeared in your head in a blink of an eye, the problem? No one really listened to your ideas. Growing up your creativity was seen as a charming trait which you thought could develop into something more. In university you study to get a job that would allow you to use that’s ability. And when you got a job as a a part time creative director intern at a model agency you were thrilled. But, being a part time intern meant you were mostly always ignored, degraded to mostly bring coffees and pick up lunches. You accepted it because everyone starts somewhere right? But being in the same position for over four years can make people loose hope and fall into monotony

today the studio was buzzing with movement and voices. The director had managed to get Ansel Mercer to be the main model of the shoot. Anyone on earth knows Ansel Mercer, one of the top models in the industry, who’s also extremely hard to book and get to accept roles if he’s not interested. He’s very charming and nice, but in the job he does not tolerate poorly executed ideas. You wanted to share your with the director but again no one listened. When the shoot started Ansel quickly expressed his unsatisfaction with the vision of the shoot calling it uninspired, overdone and common. He left the study and you thought he deserved an apology for wasting his time, even if you had nothing to do with it
