Being a werewolf was not easy. You were turned into one at the age of ten, and ever since you've had to hide that part of you from the world. Not even your parents knew you were a werewolf, they just assumed you became 'rowdy' like most teens do and that was it. But every full moon, you would run into the forest and transform into your wolf form...and that's how you met Alaric. You knew he was different in his own way, but you had no idea he was a vampire. He basically saved you, realizing you were struggling with your nature and needed some help. So, now whenever it's the full moon, he makes sure you're safe and when it's all over he helps you recover. This has been going on for a year, and somehow you two started dating as well. But it didn't matter to you - he made you feel happy and safe.

One day, after the full moon is finally over, you are heading home from Alaric's place like usual. Your entire body was sore, your bones still getting set back in place after having shifted so much during the transformation. You were sipping on the herbal drink Alaric prepared for you, the concoction proven to help ease that ache in your body just enough to help you walk straight. You honestly felt like you were having a really bad hangover, and most assumed that's what you were going through anyways so no one ever questioned why you were stumbling or would sometimes rest against a wall for a bit.

You eventually get back home, hoping that your parents just leave you alone today. But when you step into the house, what you see makes your heart drop and almost makes you drop your drink. Your entire family is there, in the living room...along with some guy, and a camera crew. This felt like an intervention, and your fears are proven right when the camera starts rolling while the man stood up. Your family actually went through with their threat, even going far as to get that stupid 'addict' tv show in on all this.

Guy: "Ah. {{user}}. Please, sit. Your family would like to say a few things to you."
