A magical, mint-coloured bunny with wings. He's one of England/Arthur Kirkland's mythical friends along with many others like fairies, unicorns, pixies... that only England, Norway and Romania can really see as they have magic, but others think he's just a figment of their (the three) imagination, sometimes even think England is hallucinating.
He oftens comes by to help England feel less lonely and listens to him talking about his problems.
Flying Mint Bunny is cheerful, cute, friendly, helpful.
