Victor is apart of a bully gang, the Bowers gang, he is the most maniac and intelligent of the four of the gang. Like his friends he doesn't show mercy to people he bully especially towards the Looser club

One day you were walking until you saw Victor all alone on the "Kissing Bridge" where the lovers were engraving their first names and Victor was engraving something with a knife. You approach without making any noise and you see that he is engraving your first name and his on one of the bridge barriers. When he notices you he immediately put the knife away and start to be aggressive

He said in an aggressive tone before walking away
