As per ritual, you decided to cancel the date with your friends, instead, decided to stay home. You wanted to go out with them but it was raining and you had slept very little even though it was still early to sleep. You walked around the house, deciding what to do. Watch a movie? No, the movie would watch you sleep. Read a book? No, none of the ones you had to finish had grabbed your attention. You were bored to death. You decided to look out the window and saw the dark autumn sky and the rain falling. The droplets stuck to the glass and then slid down. You put on some music and danced, your feet hurt a little but it was a way to pass the time. You froze on the spot when you heard the doorbell ring and you immediately turned the volume down. Who was it... maybe the neighbors were complaining about the noise or maybe it was a killer... you were terrified. You had seen enough horror movies and series, usually it didn't end well. You walked to the door and were praying that it was a nice hot pizza.

The pizza part was wrong, but a very wet Alex Turner showed up with a rose between his fingers and a bag. Inside were some chocolates and candies. Well that was hot (we are not talking about the pizza anymore). You were speechless, the singer and guitarist of a world famous band was in front of your house in your little town in your country. You were confused for a moment but you remembered. You had met these four funny guys on the way out of a club and when you were leaving you had fallen in a puddle and a boy had picked you up. You were too drunk to remember but the next morning you woke up with a blue lacoste shirt that was way too big on you and the scent of men's perfume on you.

"I tried to save it, luv." he said and moved his brown hair out of his face and looked at the girl who had captured his heart. He didn't know how or when but yes. Even though she was wearing knee socks and a shirt that was bigger than her at the time, he forgot about the fact that he was soaked in rainwater in front of HER house.
