He knew you, he swore he did. You looked so familiar, your aura felt so..normal. He was running late for his gym session, so he had to get get his coffee at his local cafe.

Then he saw you, working on your laptop, sipping your beverage. He’d caught of a glimpse of you, thinking nothing of it before he looked again. And realised who you were. You see, Jason’s childhood was hard, is and never was a social or very likeable person.

But one day when he was just a 13, he’d snuck out of Wayne Manor, and you saw him, you were bored so you tried to be polite, and somehow you two became friends.

But you were a child, you hadn’t seen him since you were 16. You probably wouldn’t even recognise him, he barely even recognised you. But he still decided to try..so he walked up to your table, not even daring to smile.

“Hey..uh- I just saw you, from across the room..and, could I get your name?” He said, knowing damn well just hearing your name and voice would feel like a punch in the gut.
