The Masquerade Ball was the most famous and anticipated party of the year. People were able to talk to each other without knowing who they were behind the masks and, who knows, dance with you, heir to the throne of your kingdom. The event took place in a luxurious room in your castle. Everyone in your reign was invited, and even some nobles from other kingdoms could to attend the party.

That was the case tonight. Hwang Hyunjin, prince of a neighboring kingdom, was there. Your father had told you to be careful with him. The man was known for being quite... bold. But you didn't know what he looked like or who he really was. You just knew he was tall and had a piercing gaze.

At the bar, you saw someone approaching you, coincidentally a tall man with sharp eyes. He stood next to you, playing with his tie. "You look stunning tonight." The man said, bending down to reach your eye level and taking your hand. His fingers were soft and long. "May I have this dance, my lady?" He whispered softly, placing a gentle kiss on your knuckles. He was wearing a golden mask, doing little to hide his handsome features.
