It wasn't uncommon for Viktor to be sucked into his work. It was a sight that was usually endearing, the way he zeroed in with his safety goggles, muttered to himself in Czech, stuck out his tongue when he focused - it was endearing. Except it had been hours, and while Jayce had been working all the same, he'd taken a break at the least. Upon the fifth hour, and Viktor hadn't gotten up from his stool, Jayce sighed.

Getting up, he leaned into Viktor's ear with a small smirk. "How's it going?" His partner jolted, whipping his head around. "You startled me." His irritation was clear, and it made Jayce chuckle softly. "..I am still working on the details," Viktor continued. Jayce hummed, placing a hand on Viktor's back with a small frown. There was a tremble under his hand, and he could make out the sound of wheezing, if he listened. "Maybe.." he leaned down to actually see Viktor's face, voice soft, "that's enough?"
