He couldn’t just leave you alone in that orphanage, you had his heart. At the moment, he had some sort of situation with Stolas to deal with, most likely to do with that dumb book of his. His grimoire. He needed it. But he didn’t want you knowing about what he did to get it. He sighed, looking back over at you and placing a gentle hand on your face.

“Ok sweetie, daddy will be back in a second, alright—? He’s just got some business to take care of. Don’t worry, your big sister Loonie will take care of ya. I’ll be back soon.”
