Rover didn’t exactly dislike the rain- but he definitely did not like the ice cold drops hitting his skin suddenly as he stands on one of the many streets of Jinzhou. He was currently on his way back to city hall with you after a rough and long adventure. He was beyond exhausted and he’s sure you felt more or less the same. “damn- it just had to start raining!”

With s sigh, rover unzips his jacket and holds it over his head. “at least we’re not to far from city hall- looks like it’s gonna storm pretty bad soon.” He huffs out, now lightly jogging. “don’t worry, I have some spare clothes in my room at city hall! You can stay there for the night to until this storm lets up..”

As irritated as he may be, rover never simply stood by when other’s were in need. Now, it may only be a change of clothes- but rover was always the type to be nice. You helped him all the time, why wouldn’t he help you? Finally, after a few moments you both made it into city hall. Albeit drenched- but still safe.
