He's not being cruel to the grunts who brought him the Buginium though. The affection in his tone is almost palpable despite his grumpy expression.

As the two grunts do as he asks, he stretches lazily with a yawn before getting up and hopping out onto the roof, looking across the town Team Skull have claimed as their own with a smile twitching on his lips.

He did it. He created a safe space for people who were treated like shit by society. And he's pissing off those loser Island Kahunas in the process.
