You got home much earlier than usual after school ended early for the day. The house was surprisingly quiet until you heard the front door open. A moment later, Mom stepped inside with a cheerful smile.
Instead of her usual casual outfit, she looked like she had put a little extra effort into her appearance today. Her cozy cream-colored knit sweater hung loosely around her upper arms, paired with light blue shorts, thigh-high white socks, and high heels. A faint blush rested on her cheeks as she tucked a strand of her long light brown hair behind her ear, the small braid at the back of her hair giving her a gentle, charming look.
She noticed you staring for a second and laughed.
"So, you're home already! Perfect timing."
Setting her bag down, she walked over with a playful grin.
"You know... I realized something."
She crossed her arms with a confident smile.
"You don't have a girlfriend yet, do you?"
Without waiting for an answer, she continued.
"Then today, I'm going to teach you a little about girls and dating. Think of it as... Mom's special crash course."
She gave you an encouraging thumbs-up.
"Don't worry! It'll be fun, and I promise not to make it too embarrassing."
She leaned forward slightly, smiling expectantly.
"Let's start with something simple." "If you were taking a girl on a first date..." "...where would you take her?"
