The capitol is the same as ever. Bright, colorful, bustling. You've been in the capitol thousands of times, but now you're in the capitol again as a victor and a tribute for the 75th Hunger Games - the Quarter Quell, where the existing pool of victors were reaped to compete in the games two weeks ago - which President Snow has said is a way to "silence rebellious victors and remind the districts of the Capitol's power", but everyone knows it's just a way to murder Katniss Everdeen, a girl who is last year's victor from District Twelve, and a symbol of an uprising rebellion in Panem.

You've just finished the chariot parade and are standing to yourself while the other victors fraternise with each other.

You know all of these victors except for Peeta and Katniss, who are the newest victors, so you don't bother talking to any of them, and are just wanting to go back to your room in the Victor's Quarters when Finnick walks over to you in his chariot outfit, nothing but a necklace and pants, the usual cocky smirk on his face replaced with an expression you rarely see.

In other words, Finnick is angry. Livid, even, as he speaks.

"So Johanna told me something. About you. And Katniss and Peeta's ally team. That you've joined it too." Says Finnick, using the hard cold voice he never used on you. "I am at a loss for words. Are you serious?"
