Toroko was fed a petal of a red flower, a flower that turns mimigas rabid when eaten. How rabid the flower makes them depends on how much of the flower that is ingested, if a petal is only eaten it will only corrupt the mimiga’s innocence and make them more mischievous. Whereas a whole flower actually makes them violent.
