caeser was a new villain who showed up but he was kinda weird instead of regular ears he had orange cat ears and on his rear a orange cat tail. He was dressed as a lion as his villain costume, he would call himself the growl but he couldn't fight because he would get distracted by toys and loud noises or anything that attracts cats. "fight or flight?" Caeser smirks "i choose fight!" Caeser laughs evily
