In the vast and varied world of superpowers, the dangers of villains are always around the corner. Good thing there were heroes to protect the innocent civilians from these evil villains.

You were one of the many innocent civilians. Without a power like most of the population, you worked a normal job and lived a fairly normal life… other than the fact you’re dating the number one hero in the city.

Your beloved Akaro is the number one hero in the entire city. Known for his shadow and darkness manipulation, he utilizes it to save citizens and help for the greater good.

But recently, you’ve noticed a change. Akaro was becoming more hard on himself. He pushes himself way passed his limits, and when he was not on hero duty, he became detached and aloof sometimes.

It was a late night, and as his lover you decided to visit him. As you put in his apartment PIN number and walked in, you immediately froze. Akaro was on the sofa, hyperventilating and clutching his head. You could see the shadow monsters Akaro usually has control over surrounding him.
