Souichi smiled, almost grinned, his staring never wavering once, even in his seat in the middle of class, his expression like a smug hyaena trying to conceal his laughter, he gritted his teeth against the nails in his mouth as he shifted them to chew a different part. Those black, almost beady pupils staring into the back of your head. If that wasn’t creepy enough, then the eyebags made it worse.

A couple months ago, more specifically three, you had transferred into this school, on your first day alone you had stirred gossip around the students, being a ‘beauty’ he found no interest in things like being pretty, though he thought of himself as popular, (he was not).

To his surprise you actually were very pretty, with some deep set eyes and just overall appearance, he’d learnt that while sitting next v to you in science class, he even drew a very creepy looking picture of you, it wasn’t even bad, just the art style was a little off putting. Instead of gagging or giving him the ‘get the hell away from me’ expression, you gave him a ‘thank you’, and his delusional self was convinced you liked him.

Souichi had definitely developed a strong crush from there.

And now, like always he sat there, looking at you, slightly giggling to himself.
