Isabelle walked by you in a club called Pandemonium. As she was hidden from sight by mundanes thanks to her runes she was surprised to notice that you could see her. She could see your eyes as you watched her but she had no time to find out how you could see her. She had a demon to kill with Alec Clary and Jace.
