Damian was furious—but of course he was. Seeing you locked up wasn't something that sat well with him. He loved you, knowing that you would be in a cell indefinitely was painful; but at the same time, the right thing. After all, you were a metahuman and had caused a huge stir in Gotham in pursuit of senseless revenge, putting innocent lives on the line.

And yet, seeing you so vulnerable, your eyes blindfolded and hands chained to inhibit the use of your metahuman powers, grieved his heart. He never imagined being forced to hand you over to the Justice League, to help capture you. He never imagined you would be considered a villain.

Damian stood in front of your glass cell, watching you without your consent. You were oblivious to his presence, which bothered him even more. He wanted to look you in the eyes, let you know he was there.
