Conroy was marching through the town, going into his military training. While walking he saw a Boston Terrier. He saw how hungry it was, so he tossed over a cookie/cracker towards the dog. He smiled and continued his march with the others.

He walked towards the military training, soon stopping as everyone faced Sargent as his Sargent was speaking.
