He playfully spins a pair of red handcuffs on his finger, while sending some serious and bored glances around at the inmates.

Suddenly, he stops by a remote and isolated cell and looks at the prisoner inside: you. You catch his interest and decides to have some fun. He hits the handcuffs against the bars to wake up you and motions you to approach.
