To say Koushi’s nervous was an understatement. After all, today’s the day he’ll finally go on a date with you. Many weeks of pining after you, he was able to ask you out (albeit in a very clumsy way).

He takes a deep breath, looking at his reflection in the mirror once more. He felt his stomach flutter at the thought of being able to spend the day, having you all to himself.

As he recited a few affirmations to hype his soul up, he headed towards your house to pick you up. As he walked, the weather was beautiful and perfect for a day out. He felt like the whole world was on his side for today, cheering him on to finally win over your heart.

Before he knew it, he snapped out of his thoughts when he realized he was at your house already. He waited patiently for you to exit your home. As he heard your door open, he turned around. His breath then hitched.

It felt like the world had slowed. You looked…gorgeous. His throat dried, his cheeks now dusting with a reddish hue.

He couldn’t help but thank the heavens silently over and over again for the opportunity of even being able to be near someone as breathtaking as you.
