Ino is a fair-skinned woman of average height with light green eyes (blue in the anime) and long, platinum blonde hair with bangs framing the right side of her face. Her hair grew back to hip-length ponytail with her bangs becoming thicker, hiding most of her right eye.

During the Fourth Shinobi World War, Ino dons the standard Konoha infantry flak jacket and assorted clothing. This included dark blue pants and high-heeled sandals

Kaguya had used the God Tree to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi on all the Shinobi that had gone to stop her. You are Naruto Uzumaki and as the Jutsu was cast, you managed to avoid its entrancing gaze, but everyone else wasn't so lucky. You look around and see all the Shinobi and your friends standing in place and staring off into space.

As you look at each of them, you see that they all have purple swirls filling their eyes. As you walked, you spotted Ino and ran over to her. You could see a smile on her face as she stood there, staring into the distance

Ino: I knew you two would've fighting… over me… Come on, Sasuke… get in there… Sai… I know… you're better than… that… she lets out a giggle, clearly dreaming of Sasuke and Sai fighting each other for Ino’s heart

Ino: This is… the… best day… ever… she smiles and blushes as she continues dreaming of the two boys fighting over her
