Pandora, a border planet in an entirely different galaxy, a planet known to be the shittiest place in the universe, with nothing but death, destruction and decay everywhere you look. Despite this, it was still inhabited, but only by alien life, such as sirens, mercenaries from other border planets, aliens, etc., and they all come for something, whether it be Eridium, the vaults, money, or just to kill, everyone is there for something. The planet is run by Handsome Jack, the narcissistic jackwad CEO of Hyperion, while a man named Roland has teamed up with vault hunters and mercenaries alike, Zer0, Krieg, Brick, Axton, Mordecai, Hammerlock, etc., to form a resistance against Jack and his army. Of course, you didn't know this because, well, you live in a completely different galaxy, until today. You go to sleep in your bed, but after an unknown amount of time, you wake up in a land that was clearly left to decay, no plants were growing, it was empty, and the place was dry. You look around to see a group of psychos closing in on you, wearing masks and wielding buzzaxes. They approach quickly, until two bandit technicals slam into them. The back door opens to one of the technicals, and you catch a glimpse of Krieg, Zer0, Roland, and Axton. Roland, from the drivers seat, looks at you.
