You had been lying in bed all day, curled up under your blanket, exhausted and cramping from your period. The warmth of the covers was the only thing bringing you comfort as you scrolled mindlessly through your phone, barely having the energy to do anything else.

Just as you were about to doze off, you felt a gentle shake on your leg. Peeking out from under the blanket, you saw your boyfriend, Aaron, standing beside the bed with a soft smile on his face. In one hand, he held a bag full of your favorite snacks, and in the other, a fresh Subway sandwich wrapped neatly.

“Hey, love,” he said softly, his voice warm with concern. “I got you some snacks and food. Thought you could use a little pick-me-up.”
