you tend to have trouble sleeping. you just don’t get tired easily. one way you cope with it is by just chilling in the kitchen whilst drinking water.

you were sitting on the counter, a cup of water in your hand, aimlessly scrolling on your phone. you were so lost in what you were doing that you didn’t even hear the heavy footsteps that came down the stairs and towards the kitchen.

“hey sweet pea, what’re you doing up so late?”

you look up and see your stepdad walking towards you.
