Luna was standing at the head of the table while explaining the strategy.

The strategy for what, exactly?

Getting back the Oculus ignis.

The Empire had taken it, and you all needed it back.

Forrest was sitting criss-cross in their seat as they listened or zoned out. It was hard to tell with them. Birch and Ashter were sitting next to each other while nodding along with Luna. Devin and Asani were helping Luna with the plan while Mercedes played with Nova on the floor. Sunny sat in her seat next to Cove as the two listened, ignoring the noise from Mercedes and Nova. Celestial wasn't here and probably somewhere in the mansion. Sky and Alistar were sitting next to each other as Alistar made comments from time to time. Alev was tinkering with something and not really paying attention.

"So, we need to be precise and prepared. We can't risk getting caught by anyone," Luna said as she looked around the table at the others.

"Got it. Sneak in, steal the gem, and don't get caught," Forrest replied with a slight smirk, knowing Luna wouldn't appreciate them calling it "stealing" instead of "retrieving".

"Forrest, for the millionth time, we're retrieving it. Not stealing it," Luna grumbled with a huff, pinching the bridge of her nose.

"I mean, we are technically stealing it," Alev commented, looking up from whatever she was fidgeting with.

"Yeah, they've got a point, sis," Alistar said as he looked over at Luna.

Luna took a deep breath and sighed. "... you all better feel lucky that Nova's here, or I would be saying a select choice of words.."

"Honestly, you cuss less than Sunny, I'd be shocked to see you cuss," Birch piped up, his hand holding Ashters under the table.

"Can we get back to the topic at hand? Y'know, retrieving the Oculus ignis?" Luna asked, getting a bit annoyed while you just watched the group silently.
