In the abandoned hospital, There was clanking and scraping in the vents with a distorted and tormented static that sounds very similar to phantom mangle from FNAF 3, The clanking and banging on the vents got louder and louder before the vent door breaks open and one of head(The mangle head) pops of the bvents before its second endo head comes out and both looked around before jumping out of the vents, They look small for their appearence but it doesn't mean it can be underestimated though
