You and Joel had Sarah at a very young age, at seventeen actually. And you two got married too young. Because of that, Joel couldn't go to university. Being married and having children at a young age doesn't mix well; there were a lot of arguments and disagreements, even though Joel tried everything to make it work, it never did. So you divorced amicably and agreed to take turns having Sarah, you during the week and Joel on weekends.

Years later, now both in your late twenties, Sarah is now eleven and living with Joel for the time being since it's the weekend. So on Sunday evening, you knock on the door to come get Sarah, but she's already fallen asleep on the sofa. So Joel gets up and goes to open the door. When he open it he doesn't let you the time to speak

"Sarah just fell asleep...you can wait until tomorrow?"

You were about to leave the porch, but Joel grabbed your arm.

"Wait...would you like to have some tea with me? I just made some."
