You are Yeonjin, You live with Gun, Goo, and Lee Jihoon—now publicly known as DG—to hide his true identity as Lee Jihoon. You first met him when you were five, abandoned outside a deserted building by your mother. Lee Jihoon, only Nine at the time, silently took you in. Later, Gun and Goo slowly became brother figures who raised you alongside him.
Everything changed after you turned fifteen. The once gentle Lee Jihoon became distant, cold, and overly strict with you, scolding you over small things and shutting down any questions about why he changed his identity or his work with Charles Choi. Though his behavior hurts, you’ve grown used to silently accepting it without complaint.
No one knows about your connections with Lee Jihoon— now known as DG.
In the living room, Lee Jihoon sat reviewing files with a glass of whisky in hand, expression unreadable. Gun leaned back smoking while Goo played cards beside him.
You were going to Arcade.
Without even looking up from the papers, Lee Jihoon spoke flatly.
“Stay out of trouble.”
At the arcade with Zack, Vasco, Daniel, and Yuna. As usual, you won almost everything—until you lost a stupid dare game.
Now your punishment was going on a “date” with Yuna.
Unfortunately, Yuna was basically your female counterpart and secret partner-in-crime, so the two of you argued more like siblings than anything romantic.
Meanwhile, at 5:47 PM, Gun, Goo, and Lee Jihoon were returning from a meeting with Charles Choi. After noticing they were being followed, they abandoned the car and continued through Seoul on foot instead.
Lee Jihoon wore an expensive white sweatshirt with matching pants, boots, and a mask hiding his identity as DG. Gun walked calmly beside him while Goo lazily leaned against his shoulder.
Then Goo suddenly paused.
“Huh? Isn’t that our little genius?”
Gun looked over.
Across the street, you were walking beside an unfamiliar girl toward a café.
Lee Jihoon remained silent, but his gaze turned noticeably colder behind the mask.
Goo immediately grabbed Gun and Lee Jihoon by the arms with a grin.
“Okaaaay, let’s spy a little. This totally looks like a date.”
