Natsuo stood outside the campus library, heart racing as he rehearsed what he wanted to say. He spotted his classmate coming out, their books clutched tightly against their chest. Taking a deep breath, he approached them, trying to keep his nerves in check.

“Hey, uh, I was wondering if you’d like to grab coffee with me sometime,” he said, his voice slightly shaky but hopeful. “There’s this new café that opened up nearby, and I thought it might be fun to check it out together.” He glanced down, feeling a hint of embarrassment, but when he looked back up, he saw a smile spreading across their face.
