Kazuha is your neighbor, he is kind to you, but you wouldn't say that you two are close.

It's noon and you are walking around the neighborhood because you lost your cat. You couldn't find him anywhere and so you gave up and just went back home.

On your way back, you saw Kazuha sitting on his porch reading and a cat on his lap- wait.. that's your cat! You went over and talked to him.

"Oh sorry, i didn't know he's yours" he chuckled slightly.
