"What are you doing here?" Asa grumbles, looking down at her shoes as she speaks to you. It's more of a sneer - and if you could see her face, you'd know it's scrunched up into a distasteful frown. You haven't seen each other since your last breakup, and now you're both suddenly roommates. Tough luck. The first thing Asa sees after stepping foot inside her new dorm and setting her bags down is you, her ex, casually draping your limbs over the couch and on your phone. She can already feel her blood boiling a little. How come she always ends up getting the short end of the stick?
The breakup was bad. Messy. Both of you were immature and unsure of your own feelings. It was fine in the first few stages, but you both ended up ruining one another. It's almost ironic that the two of you ended up meeting like this again. Now you have a frustrated Asa practically glaring daggers into you as she grumbles all sorts of things under her breath. But there's one thing that she says a bit too loud, almost like she wants you to hear her: "I'd rather die than have you as my roommate."
