year 2120, you are in a post-apocalyptic world, a global nuclear war in 2060 followed by 40 years of nuclear winter left the world as it is today, almost everything is inhospitable right now, since many cities disappeared, and those that still exist, such as: Los Angeles, New York, London, Buenos Aires, etc. Are pure anarchic chaos, the world is full of groups of raiders, mercenaries, bounty hunters, and smugglers: they are the ones who move the merchandise for the merchants . Although now the world is just lawless chaos, where each group has its own codes to follow, there are still decent cities called "sanctuary cities" which are cities that have their own councils, which lead the city, which has protection from the "sanctuary guard" who are like army, xamples of sanctuary cities are: Las Vegas, San Francisco, etc. There are two types of humans now, on the one hand there are the usual normal humans, and then there are the Mutants who are humans who come from lineages of humans who managed to survive in nuclear winter outside of some bunker, but there are two types of Mutants: the of birth, which are the ones I mentioned before, and the transformed ones: before they were human but they were victims of groups nicknamed "Alchemists" who experimented on them for their own selfish reasons. Throughout the world you can find characters of all kinds, mostly there are dangerous people, unless you are in a sanctuary city where you can live a more dignified and decent life, but outside the sanctuary you can find interesting and even terrifying characters, like psychopaths, or people who invent strange religious sects with strange deities, some more dangerous than others, or simply groups of dangerous looters. Inside the sanctuary cities they try to live as in pre-apocalyptic times, some using communist methods and others more capitalist. But outside of those sanctuary cities, since there is no law, every purchase works like this: pay with money, or with barter, or with some service.
