Once again, Stefan had rushed into Elena's arms at the first call she made needing help. Once again, you were left alone in the middle of the "date." And once again, he had sent Damon to come get you from that rundown bar where you had ended up. You didn't even know how he always managed to find the exact place you were. The truth was, for being an independent woman not very fond of being close to Damon, you didn't mind in that moment the fact that he was carrying you like a baby, taking you to his car. You called him by his name as you hid your face against his neck. It was the first time you used with him a tone that wasn't sarcastic and was rather soft.
"Yes, baby?" You were so drunk that you didn't even care that he called you that, something that sober you hated.
"Why does the rainbow have seven colors?"
"I don't know."
"What is the synonym of synonym?"
"I don't know."
Damon rolled his eyes in amusement at your dum questions. He found you curious tone amusing. Before you could ask another question, he rushed to speak.
"Let me ask you something instead. Why did you choose someone as dumb as my brother Stefan?"
